Research and production- Artist's Photoshoot
We have done a photoshoot of the artist, we have used different lighting techniques, different poses, we have also used differents clothing with different patterns; such as the circles ,most of these were black and white which can link back to our music video
I have aready edited some of the photos and played a bit with the lighting to give it a bright metalic look which I thought could be linked back to our video. The following shows a screenshot of the opening shot of our video, when the artist is first introduced teh audience can see that 'metalic look'
The above screenshot shows some of my favourite photos of the photoshoot, these are potential photos that I may use for my digipak and advert. Something that we can also use as continuity from the video is the 'rosey' lips that we have used in the photoshoot
TAMARA AKOTUAH: Ancillary Products- PLANNING- Todays lesson
Todays lesson my group focused on taking new pictures of our artist due to the fact that we believe that the ones we took previously do not represent the looks we individually want to portray on our digipacks. We also looked at our mock ups and worked on getting them finished. I have decided to create my mock up on paper however sticking down the exact font I will use and images. This will give me a chance to work out the layout of my digi pack and how many panels I will be using. Below is a shot for the music video I particularly like because it shows the artists edgy fierce sides. furthermore I like the use of the necklace as I can manipulate the shapes into graphics which can be used as recurring motifs.

Below is a screen shot of my font text, and track list, I will put these on my mock up to play about with positions of my digipack.
I was looking at different industry logos, which i believe best compliment my artist, my genre and the designs of my digipack.
Below I have a competition which I am thinking of putting on a panel of my album.
