3 Technical Stengths

Technical skills developed during the AS year:

• I learnt how to record foley sound which is amplifield sounds i.e; Footsteps,Doorslams ect. Then import it onto final cut pro within the timeline to match the visuals.
• I learnt about how to frame text on final cut pro to produce a title sequence.
• I developed my skills on using soundtrack pro to add non-diegetic sound during post production.
• I became familiar with the use of the camera and how to set up the tripod.
• I learnt the tripod was used to keep the camera still and the stick enabled panning and tilting.
• I was introduced to prezi,wordle,beeclip and slideshare which helped me create an interesting and engaging blog during my AS year.
• I used my photoshop skills to create a banner for my blog last year that linked to the genre of my thriller i created.
