Now that Afrobeats have taken over the world in terms of best genre for music, radio stations such as Choice Fm have dedicated hours to play this specific genre of music. When Afrobeats first hit Choice Fm it would play from the hours of 12pm - 2am which are times where everyone will be asleep. However through demand afrobeats got moved to 10pm-12am which is a more suitable time in which everyone will be able to tune in.
Choice Fm also recieve a lot of tweets on the topic of Afrobeats, offering people a chance to request there favorite Afrobeat tunes. This helps gain an audience.
Recently Choice Fm created an APP for Apple users and androids. This is a great source of marketing as music can be accessed at any times.
