We went out to to do some test shots of potential performers. We all filmed eachother performing the first part of the song.
When we did this we found out who would be the most ideal person to suit the role of the artist.
We also learnt about the issues to do with lighting which might occur when we are filming our music video. When we were shooting Juliana the sun kept reflecting off the lens of the camera so we couldn't see her properly which was a major issue so we had to change where she was standing and move her to another background. When we filmed Christabell no one was tall enough to film her which is why in most of the shots she is sitting down. If she was our artist it would be difficult to get some shots we need. When filming Tamara she kept moving too much and walking off to different things this was difficult to film. We had to track her and the camera was constantly moving making the footage wonky and it didn't look great.
