Special Effects (Research)

Our group wanted to add smoke bombs into our music video as a special effect. We found this difficult, because of the risk that this contained around it. When I looked on amazon I found a smoke bomb that was in the toys and games section, but we didn't want to buy it online incase it wasn't as we expected. Myself and Juliana when we went to take pictures of our locations we came into spitafields market, we happened to come across a costume shop that sold this so we decided to test it out. we came to the conclusion that we would use the coloured smoke as it would look better on camera. Plus we would buy more and light them up together to make the smoke bigger. 

This video has taken intertextuality from alice in wonderland. We thought that the idea of the smoke looked soo effective on camera,but they used frozen ice to produce that which is a huge risk. Our group is using a safe product that doesn't cause harm in any way which is why we are going to use this in our music video.
